Terms of Service

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority where you live, if higher — to use NuraMate. Accounts that appear to belong to minors may be restricted or closed.

2. Companions are AI

All characters are fictional and powered by artificial intelligence. They are not real people, can make mistakes, and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

3. Not an emergency service

NuraMate cannot help in an emergency. If you are in danger or thinking about suicide, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line — you can find one for your country at findahelpline.com.

4. Acceptable use

• No sexual content involving minors, in any form, ever.
• No creating characters that impersonate real people.
• No using the service to plan harm to yourself or others, or for illegal activity.
• No attempting to access other users' data or disrupt the service.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Account → Manage billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Daily message limits apply to all plans (fair use).

6. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes by email or in the app.
